Apex offers Supportive Living and Respite services statewide across Arkansas through the Arkansas Community and Employment Support (CES) Waiver, delivered based on each person’s eligibility, authorization, and approved service plan.
Service
Supportive Living
Supportive Living helps eligible individuals with daily living activities and other authorized supports, so they can remain safe and successful in home and community settings.
Services are delivered through the person-centered planning process, based on the person’s identified goals and approved supports.

CES Waiver context
Supportive Living is provided through the CES Waiver. The specific supports a person receives depend on their approved service plan and authorization.
Service
Respite
Respite provides temporary relief to an unpaid caregiver while helping ensure continuity of care and supervision for the individual.
Respite is delivered in accordance with authorized services, individual needs, and safety requirements.

Respite is provided through the CES Waiver. The amount and type of respite depend on the person’s approved service plan and authorization.
